FACTS: What does Eggz do with your personal information?
Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What? We collect the following categories of information:
- Personal Information: Full name, email, phone number, address (which may be collected directly from you or through third-party authentication services like Facebook or Google Login)
- Financial Information: Bank details, account balances, transaction history, risk tolerance, investment experience
- Identity Information: Government-issued ID, date of birth, SSN (for brokerage setup)
- Usage Data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, and interactions
- Tracking Data: Cookies, analytics, log data, and how you arrived at the Site
How? All financial companies need to share customers' personal information to run their everyday business. We use your information to:
- Open and manage your Eggz account
- Facilitate ACH and investment transactions
- Verify your identity (KYC/CIP/AML)
- Communicate with you about your account
- Send you news, tips, and reminders about using Eggz (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Comply with regulatory and legal obligations
- Analyze and improve our platform
Within Eggz, access to your personal information is limited to personnel who need it to perform their role — for example, operations and compliance staff administering accounts, and technical staff maintaining the systems that store the data. Access is controlled through authenticated accounts and role-based permissions, and sensitive data is handled under our internal security controls. Outside Eggz, your information is accessible only to the service providers listed below, each of which is contractually bound to protect it and to use it only for the services it provides to us.

Oxbow Holdings, Inc., doing business as Eggz ("Eggz," "we," "our," or "us"), provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information through our websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information as described here. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Services.

4. Sharing Your Information
We share information with the following service providers, each contractually bound to protect it and use it only for the services it provides to us:
- Alpaca Securities LLC (brokerage services and compliance)
- Modern Treasury, Inc. (payment operations and FBO sub-ledgering)
- Cross River Bank (deposit accounts holding contributed funds prior to investment)
- Stripe, Inc. (debit card and ACH pay-in processing, identity verification)
- Resend (account emails and notifications)
- Brevo (marketing email; receives your contact information, how you signed up, and general information about your use of the Services)
- Cloudflare (website security and spam prevention)
- Analytics and advertising measurement: Google Tag Manager (which loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to understand engagement and measure performance
- Authentication providers: Facebook and Google (only to verify your identity when you use federated login services)
We do not sell your personal information. We share only as permitted or required by law.
4.a. Who May Access Your Information

5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and tracking tools — Google Tag Manager (which loads Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand how our users engage with the Services, measure performance, and improve functionality. You can control cookies through your browser settings, manage ad tracking through your device or ad-personalization settings, and opt out of Google Analytics through the Google Analytics Opt-Out Add-On.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information while your account is active or as needed for legal, regulatory, or risk-mitigation purposes.
6.a. Facebook Login and Data Deletion
If you choose to sign up or log in using Facebook Login, we collect only your email address and name from Facebook to create and access your Eggz account.
To remove the connection between your Facebook account and Eggz:
- Visit your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications)
- Find "Eggz" in your connected apps list
- Click "Remove" to disconnect
Important: Disconnecting Facebook Login does not delete your Eggz account, investment account, or transaction history. Your Eggz account will remain active. If you wish to close your Eggz account entirely, please contact support@myeggz.com or use the account closure option in your account settings. After disconnecting Facebook, you can continue to access your Eggz account using your email and password (if set up) or by contacting support for alternative authentication methods.
7. Data Security
We use physical, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we maintain reasonable standards of care.
8. Children's Privacy
Eggz accounts are for adults only. Eggz does not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register, and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If Eggz later offers custodial or college-savings accounts (e.g., UTMA, 529), any collection of a minor's information would be provided by the adult custodian and handled under the consent and safeguards required at that time. If you believe we've collected a child's information improperly, contact us immediately.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete personal data
- Opt out of marketing communications, using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us (you will still receive emails about your account and transactions)
- Disconnect third-party login services (e.g., Facebook, Google)
- Close your account

10. Other Important Information
This privacy notice has been prepared in accordance with federal law consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA). You may have additional privacy protections under state law, and to the extent those laws apply, we will comply with them. We may also disclose information to government entities, self-regulatory organizations, or other third parties in response to court orders, subpoenas, government inquiries, or other mandatory legal processes.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via the App, Site, or email.
